How to make the most out of these habit building tools?
We recommend to sit down for a quick planning session with your teen. Choose 3 areas of their life they'd like to work on & set a specific goal to measure how they will know they've improved. Make sure the goal is specific, attainable, measurable, relevant, and time-bound.
For example, if one area your teen chooses is health & fitness, a one year goal could be "Be X amount of weight, be able to life X amount of weight, and be able to run X amount of distance in X amount of time". Then with the 3 larger goals for each area, your teen will have destination to set their daily habits for.
Using the same example, daily habits can include "run 1 mile every day (until hitting a streak of 60 days", "do 50 pushups a day (for 30 days before increasing), and "intake my bodyweight in protein at least 4 times a week".
